About
Building software. Studying how to put it to work.
NineT Lab designs and develops software and explores the use of AI agents through practical projects. Our work spans games, services, development and operations tools, and creative workflows.
We document what we build and test, along with the judgments formed through that work. Project outcomes and research notes will be shared as they are prepared.

Areas of work
Applied AI agent research
We primarily use Codex and Claude to explore agent-assisted development, analysis, and recurring tasks, studying both how to structure the work and how to verify the results.
Creative workflows
We experiment with organizing reference material and story settings and connecting planning, drafting, review, and revision, with attention to continuity and consistency.

Build a working implementation and assess both the user-facing behavior and the underlying system.
Verify and document
Verify behavior and document the observed results and remaining work for the next iteration.
